A fun amusement park with several attractions. The most renowned one is the Giant Ferris Wheel, which stands as one of Vienna's monuments. Expect to wait around 30 minutes for a short ride, but you are rewarded with a unique view of Vienna.
It's wonderful, I visited on Saturday, February 22nd, and there was no queue...or it moved quickly, and it's super convenient to get there via public transport. The ride is about 10 minutes, and it’s just enough for the oldest operating ferris wheel in the world, a true landmark.
If you wish to enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks, this is the ideal location. They put on a fantastic show. Make sure to arrive before midnight to enter the park, as it gets very crowded.
Overall, a fantastic experience! The park operates uniquely with no entrance fee, allowing you to pay solely for the attractions you choose. This flexibility is great, ensuring you spend only on what you find interesting, and the prices are quite reasonable.
The variety of rides and attractions is suitable for all ages, ensuring something for everyone. I did face a small issue: some rides didn’t accept card payments, which meant we missed a few attractions that seemed really enjoyable. It would be great if they could enhance payment options for a better experience.
On the bright side, the park provides a range of food and drinks, making it easy to refresh during your visit. Its location is conveniently close to public transportation, making it an excellent spot for a fun few hours while exploring Vienna.
In summary, this park is a delightful way to spend your time, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking an enjoyable outing in the city!
I had an incredible time here with friends. Only cash payments are accepted, so be sure to bring cash to avoid any stress. There are plenty of fun, food, and drinks available.
