I have visited most art museums across Europe, though I wouldn't rank this among the best. I appreciate that it exclusively features Venetian art, and there is indeed an impressive number of pieces. Some remarkable artworks are here, making it worth the journey, and it provides a genuine insight into Venetian art as a whole. I would return again. If you arrive before 10 am, entry is €10 instead of €15.

An absolute must for any art enthusiast! The top floor is more significant than the bottom if your time or patience is limited. Every major Venetian painter's work is represented here, and you will certainly enjoy the art while learning about the history of Venice and its art if you opt for the audio guide. Take your time; while the museum isn't enormous, it is large enough to leave you feeling a bit tired.

This museum is a fantastic regional destination for a distinct period, especially for Florence from the 1400s to late 1600s. While the museum isn't large, it should be included in everyone’s itinerary. A tip: visit at 8:15 am to take advantage of the €10 early bird special!

A unique experience for Venetian Renaissance paintings! Works by Titian, Veronese, Bellini, Giorgione, and so many more celebrated artists. A variety of sculptures, paintings, and religious pieces from different periods are on display as well. A beautiful and extensive collection; plan to spend at least 2-3 hours to see everything.
