The Imperial Palace stands as a remarkable representation of Japan's architectural prowess, soaring over 60 meters. This site, rich in history, requires sufficient time to soak in its grandeur, with tours taking between one to two hours. Despite some modern changes, the beauty of the site remains intact. The meticulously maintained gardens and tranquil ponds complement the palace, offering a peaceful and visually rich experience.

The majestic palace is encircled by serene gardens and a water-filled moat, featuring splendid trees and a beautiful bridge leading to the palace. Unfortunately, we found it closed during our visit, but experiencing its charm from the outside was still delightful. Be sure to check the opening hours before your trip.

The Imperial Palace offers a tranquil escape amid the busy city. Its beautiful gardens and spacious grounds are wonderful for exploration. Sadly, the palace was closed for visitors during my trip, so I could only admire it from the outside. Nevertheless, it’s a great spot for a peaceful walk, and I hope you get to visit when it’s open for tourists!
