The elevator to the top floor costs 4 euros, which is reasonable, but the windows were really dirty and the bar was not open. I don't think it's worth the visit.

I couldn't access the top floor of the observatory tower because, upon arriving at the entrance, it took some time to figure out where it was, and the staff informed us that the tower was closed that week. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have visited. I couldn't find the information I needed since the observatory's website is in Hebrew, so I am only giving it one star.

This is a bay window space. The windows are incredibly dirty both inside and outside... There were no explanations provided... The view could be quite fascinating if only the windows were cleaner...

To access the observatory, you must pay 25 nis before 1700 and 15 nis after. There is a little trick you can use. Just tell the lady near the elevators that you're going to the café on the 49th floor, and you'll save some money.
