This museum is a delightful place for families, especially those with toddlers. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the visit enjoyable. I had different expectations regarding the museum's focus. It feels more like a playroom about the old Singapore society tailored for young children rather than a place for older kids to learn about their rights and the global lifestyle of children through history. Perhaps, the museum could expand in the future for broader educational experiences.

We visited during the night festival right before closing, and although it was crowded, many children appeared to be having a wonderful time. We were without kids but could easily appreciate the joy of learning about Singapore’s culture and heritage without the distraction of smartphones. The staff managed the large turnout well and remained friendly and professional throughout.

We had an amazing time at the Children’s Museum Singapore! It’s free for locals and offers several hands-on activities allowing kids to learn about Singapore's culture through play. We spent just over an hour there, which was perfectly enjoyable. Just a note—make sure to book in advance!

The Children’s Museum is a great destination for families with young children, especially those under five. I visited with my family, and my 2-year-old had an absolute blast. While my 4-year-old enjoyed it, the content is primarily designed for the younger audience. The museum is compact but cleverly designed, offering an educational atmosphere revolving around Singapore’s food culture, especially the hawker cuisine. There’s even a soft play area for toddlers to expend some energy. Even though it's small, two hours is sufficient to enjoy everything it has to offer. It's a nice spot to cool off in the warm Singapore climate while keeping little ones entertained!
