An engaging museum to visit if your stay in Seoul is extended. The building itself is intriguing, featuring modern and spacious architecture. I had the chance to admire various decorative items, like porcelain vases and unique scrolls, which were unlike anything I had ever seen. The spiral staircase is the highlight of the museum. However, I could only visit the free admission section, as other exhibitions weren’t available, leaving me wanting to see more fascinating things.
Today, I explored the fantastic Leeum Museum of Art—an essential stop in Seoul! From the moment I arrived, the architecture enchanted me. The exterior boasts a stunning mixture of red bricks, chrome, and glass that is both striking and harmonious. Inside, the spatial design is flawless, with highlights such as the spiraling staircase, the elegant lobby, and even a sleek designer recreation area. The exhibition spaces are top-tier, featuring a perfect arrangement of both permanent and temporary collections that draw you in at every turn.
