This place is quite nice. I visited on a weekday, and the entry fee was $15 instead of the $18.75 shown on Google. While the garden is not very large, it is well maintained, and the price to enter is reasonable. There's a gift shop and a small tea house where the food is quite good. It's a perfect spot to take pictures and unwind from the busy city life.

A wonderful spot to relax when visiting San Francisco. It was amazing 16 years ago and remains so. You feel transported to a different era and country. The tea is great, and the staff are friendly, making the visit memorable. Parking was easy, but consider buying tickets ahead of time based on the season.

It’s a bit pricey, which is why I gave it 4 stars; it has 5-star charm. The beauty and serenity of the place are remarkable. The maintenance of the garden is excellent, which likely contributes to the cost. While it is small and most people spend only about 45 minutes to an hour here, I still recommend visiting, as you will leave with stunning photos. Plus, you can see some cool fish!

I visited on a rainy day, and it was even more beautiful than I expected! It's a small garden, taking about 20-30 minutes for a leisurely stroll with photos. They have an adorable shop and a little snack bar that made my visit enjoyable. It’s free for military personnel with ID. It’s a great way to explore, even in the rain.
