Located at Piazza di Trevi, 00187 Rome RM, Italy. Trevi Fountain is a must-visit when in Rome. It’s an iconic landmark and hugely popular with tourists. It’s always crowded, but it’s less so in the morning, which is when we visited. You have a better chance of getting good photos. We also visited early in the evening and got some wonderful shots then too. Visiting at these times gives you a better chance of fewer crowds. The Trevi Fountain is a breathtaking masterpiece, and the craftsmanship is truly admirable. The intricate sculptures and flowing water create a great atmosphere. Don’t miss tossing a coin into the fountain! The legend says that tossing one coin ensures your return to Rome, two coins bring romance, and three coins guarantee marriage. Be cautious about how many coins you toss! With the crowds, beware of pickpockets; stay alert and look after your belongings. Overall, despite the crowds, my visit to Trevi Fountain was truly memorable, and I am so glad I went. Thumbs up!
Visiting this place in Rome is a must! People come here for its beautiful architecture and to make wishes at the fountain. It can be very crowded, but it’s less busy in the early morning and later in the evening! To take better photos, I suggest going to the second floor of the shop across from the fountain. You can capture a great view without bumping into other visitors.
We visited in September 2020 between COVID lockdowns. It was a unique opportunity to see the sights with fewer tourists. It was very strange times, but the Trevi Fountain is stunning and well-maintained, making it definitely worth a visit.
My favorite place in Rome! It’s an incredible architectural wonder that you can’t stop admiring. I came here twice to take pictures as the lines were long in the evening. The next day at 9 o’clock, I only had to wait about 5 minutes. I highly recommend visiting early to fully appreciate this masterpiece.
The Trevi Fountain is absolutely breathtaking! When I saw it for the first time, I was amazed by its grandeur and intricate details. The statues, architecture, and the sound of flowing water create a magical atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re in a fairytale. Although it’s always packed with tourists, it’s worth pausing to admire its beauty and, of course, toss a coin into the water for good luck. The best times to visit are early in the morning or late at night when the crowd is smaller and the fountain is beautifully illuminated. If you’re in Rome, the Trevi Fountain is a must-see!
