We visited three times and each experience was quite distinct. The first time, we arrived in the evening and approached from the upscale shopping area. It was enchanting. The fountain in front was accessible, adorned with Christmas lights everywhere. During our next visit, an event restricted access to the square and fountain. It was still nice, but the magic wasn't quite the same.
