Overall, it did not meet my expectations. I have visited many similar museums worldwide, so I expected a bit too much. There wasn't enough information about some vehicles, and the camera technology section could delve deeper into the history of cameras in the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, it was still good. During my visit, a school group was present, and they were not following the one-way system, which made it a tight squeeze at times. However, this did not affect my rating since the museum had little control over it. The reason for my 3-star rating was due to a museum staff member who was following me around in the photography section, which was wholly unsettling. It's still worth a visit.

This is one of the best technical museums I have visited. It's interesting for both kids and adults, and we spent about 4 hours there. The most impressive was the "mining" route on the -3 level; it's a must-see. In the TV studio, a friendly staff member allowed us to sit in the anchor's chair and take pictures, which was a lot of fun.

Give yourself plenty of time to explore everything properly. The main hall has many awesome vehicles in excellent condition. There are numerous exhibitions across different floors. We spent a lot of time in the main hall and had to rush through the exhibits on the upper floors. The photography exhibit was one of my favorites. There is a free cloakroom, and lockers are available if you have coins.

I didn’t expect such a wide range of information and items. While it may not go deeply into each category, it’s great to see multiple items. There’s a workshop for kids (make sure to check the schedule). The place is very clean and well-maintained. After your visit, you can also take a walk in the surrounding area, which is highly recommended.

The transportation section is fantastic; I would visit just for that. The photography and telecommunications sections are good too, and the astronomy section is nice. There is a lot of open space for future potential exhibits. I was hoping the gift shop would have model cars and kits of Czech cars, but they didn't. The free cloakroom was a nice touch; you put in a coin and get it back when you leave.
