The museum boasts a vast collection of military artifacts, including antique armor, weapons, and a significant display of guns and army uniforms. I was pleasantly surprised by the low number of visitors during my time there. However, be aware that some areas may require an additional fee.

This is one of my favorite landmarks in Paris. You can learn a lot about military history, and the highlight is definitely Napoleon’s grand tomb! It’s enormous and fitting for such a significant figure. The chapel is also impressive, and the atmosphere inside is fantastic! A must-visit for history buffs.

The museum features an extensive array of military history artifacts. You can view Napoleon I's tomb in the old church. The admission fee covers both the museum and the tomb. The displays of medical arms from WW1 and WW2 are impressive; however, be prepared for a lot of text that is only in French, which may be challenging for some.

A must-visit in Paris! Hôtel des Invalides is an incredible site to explore if you’re in Paris. The golden dome is breathtaking and visible from afar. Seeing Napoleon’s grand tomb inside was remarkable. The museum has fascinating exhibits about French military history, spanning from ancient armor to modern times. Even for those not passionate about history, there is so much to enjoy, all presented beautifully. The serene atmosphere, with lovely courtyards and gardens, is perfect for a calming stroll. It wonderfully combines history, architecture, and nature. A definite visit!
