The glass windows are breathtaking; the craftsmanship is unbelievable. I could have gazed at them for hours. The winding turret staircase is stunning, but be cautious as you ascend. Though our visit was brief, it was undoubtedly worth it. Highly recommend!
This is an exquisite gothic building. It's highly recommended to purchase a ticket with a designated entry time. The ticket we purchased also provided access to the Conciergerie, which is fantastic as well. There's extensive restoration happening both inside and out, but it's still very much worth seeing this astonishing work of artistry. The video detailing the restoration and preservation efforts of the building and glass is fascinating and definitely worth a watch.
A must-visit if you have time in Paris. On our second trip, we decided to visit this place, as our first attempt was denied entry due to our late arrival. We made sure to arrive early the next morning and after a short wait of 20-30 minutes, we got in. The entry fee is 13€. The stunning glass paintings will take your breath away, especially on a sunny day when the light enhances their beauty.
A friend's recommendation to visit this incredible church was something we are truly grateful for. We didn't realize we could have missed such an absolute gem. Nothing can prepare you for the beauty you encounter as you climb the winding turret staircase. You'll be left speechless. On a sunny day, this place must be absolutely majestic. This was a definite highlight of our Paris trip. Don't miss it.
Constructed by kings for kings, this stunning piece of art is vibrant and colorful thanks to all the stained glass windows adorning it. While it isn't a large monument, the intricacy of the window paintings will amaze you. The ticket price seems a bit high considering it takes only about 30 minutes to visit, but the funds support the upkeep of such a beautiful place.
