A must do while in NY. The building itself is absolutely perfect. Well maintained and so beautiful. The staff was really nice and very professional. We loved the view from up there and the souvenir shop is amazing. We also appreciated the historic part of the visit and the entertainment aspect. The visit was very well conceived to be a whole experience, not just simple sightseeing, which justifies the cost. Very well done.

The Empire State Building offers one of the most stunning views in New York City! I visited with a friend, and the 360-degree panorama from the observation deck was absolutely breathtaking. From the sparkling skyline to iconic landmarks like Central Park and the Statue of Liberty, every angle was picture-perfect. The experience was well-organized, and the staff made the process smooth despite the crowd. Visiting at sunset is a must—it’s magical watching the city lights come to life as the sun sets. The view at night is equally stunning, with the city glowing beneath you. A true NYC icon and an unforgettable experience!

A must-see attraction when coming to NYC. We bought tickets to go as far up as we could. And it was worth it. The views were breathtaking. It is always amazing to see these historical buildings and understand what went into building them.

It was an amazing view from the Empire State Building. From the entry to the elevators, they had some good history on how the Empire State Building was built. The elevator experience was also stunning. The view was awesome, and they had heaters on the deck for the cold weather. There were several thrilling experiences on the top requiring separate tickets. They have a cafe on the roof and a seating area to chill and relax. I had a great experience overall and will definitely go back.

Our visit to the Empire State Building Observatory was absolutely magical! We went after sunset, and the view of the sparkling city lights was unforgettable. The ambiance was electrifying, with an air of excitement and wonder that gave us butterflies. The observatory itself is well-organized, and the staff made the entire experience seamless. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a returning guest, this iconic landmark is truly a must-see. The combination of history, architecture, and those unbeatable panoramic views makes it a bucket-list destination. Highly recommend!
