We've visited multiple times for NASA-hosted conferences. Luckily, we didn't have to buy tickets. The venue is spacious with a fantastic gift shop that my children adore, plus there's an interactive museum on the lower level. On weekends, the planetarium charges approximately €4 per person to enjoy the impressive dome show, which I've heard is amazing. The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for a picnic or a relaxing afternoon with a book. A fantastic destination for families!

We took our daughter to a projection on a Thursday morning during Semana Santa. It was quite crowded, but thanks to the option to purchase tickets online, we had no problems. Once we were inside, the organization was excellent. The visit is free apart from the projection, although the available space is quite limited, and I wish there had been more to see once we were inside.

Unfortunately, the staff was not very welcoming, and the security attendant was rather unkind. It wasn't very suitable for children. Although it indicated English content was available, there was only one video out of three parts in English. The video required children to use mobile phones, and overall, it did not meet the age-appropriate recommendations by the institution. It was quite disappointing.

The dome shows provide an incredible viewing experience. However, there were no subtitles in English, and the rest of the planetarium lacked English-language explanations alongside the Spanish ones. This was disappointing, especially since the language is scientific and complex, making it hard to follow for those with an intermediate level of Spanish. It's a beautiful venue but not very accommodating for tourists. They do screen the films in English once a week, but unfortunately, we missed that day.

The planetarium primarily features kids' movies (in Spanish), which makes it great for children.
