This place is really cool. I attempted to take pictures of every wax figure for my review, but there were just too many to cover. The majority of them are themed around Hollywood throughout the years. The tickets include a fantastic Marvel 4D movie which had impressive effects. If you buy your tickets in advance, you'll find them cheaper online. I visited during the week, so it was quite empty, which was a bonus.

Madame Tussaud's is something I always overlooked when visiting NYC and other places with these attractions. However, I chose to visit while on Hollywood Boulevard. The quality of the wax figures is exceptionally good. The exhibits are well-organized, taking you through the cinematic history. Currently, they are showing a fantastic 4D Marvel short movie. It took me around two hours to see everything, which was definitely worth my time.

We had an amazing time here! I just wish they had kept the 4D Marvel movie as it was certainly better than the 7D Robot movie. I also noticed that there was no one to assist with the wax hand-dipping. Nevertheless, it was an incredibly fun experience and totally worth the visit.

I'm only giving this place 4 stars because I visited the one in London, and that location was significantly larger and more impressive. My experience in London took about 3 hours, while this one in LA took only 1 hour. On the positive side, it was still fun. There were many celebrities not present in the London location. The Robot 7D game was a blast with my gamer boys. I loved seeing movies come to life, especially with Star Trek and Halo references! Witnessing the black and white actors depicted in color was also pretty cool. Thanks for a memorable outing with my sons! It was a wonderful day trip from San Diego!
