Wonderful museum! The art is stunning! There are 5 different buildings, with the art separated by time periods. Gift shops sell prints & postcards of the art. The tram ride was cool & offered views of beautiful homes built into the mountains. I highly recommend The Getty Museum!

Fantastic experience. Well organized. I would recommend more than a few hours to visit. It's definitely worth your time. I spent 8 hours walking around the museum, managed to see every single gallery and enjoy some time in the gardens. The gallery is well organized with a beautiful mixture of art and interesting rotating exhibits. The staff was very helpful and friendly even around the art. In my view, this is one of the best art museums in the country. Not to mention entry is entirely free!

Love this museum! It is definitely a must-see during your visit to L.A. The views are amazing! It's free, but just so you know, you need to pay for parking ($25 until 3pm, and $15 after). Last time I visited, I was advised to make a reservation first.

Wow just wow! What a spectacular place! The founder's vision to create a space where the arts are free and accessible is evident. Beautiful architecture, lovely gardens, amazing views, and a variety of art and history. We spent all day here and were amazed, still feeling hopeful to return again. Entry is free, but it is recommended to reserve a time slot online in advance. Parking usually costs $25 at peak hours, the tram is free (and fun), and the food court has good options but is a bit pricey. Looking forward to coming back to see new exhibits and revisit the beauty.

Wow! Free museum (only need to pay for car parking; reserve your free ticket beforehand!!) with a great variety of art, including some famous paintings like Irises by Monet. The museum complex itself is an art piece. They also have extensive dining options.
