This is a wonderful museum for families to visit. While parking costs $20, entrance is free! There are numerous exhibits catering to all ages. The cafeteria offers diverse food options, and the coffee is excellent! Please note that drinks aren't allowed on the second floor where the exhibits are. The museum is well maintained, and the bathrooms are clean. Overall, we had an amazing experience here!

A fantastic location to take your children! The majority of the museum is free for the public. The only attractions that require payment are the IMAX and temporary exhibits. The layout is excellent, and there are seldom long lines. This is a wonderful place to give your kids an introduction to science and biology. Just be cautious of the reproduction exhibit; they make it engaging, but if you're not prepared to discuss it, be aware.

Highly recommended!

California Science Center – one of our top favorite spots! Each visit uncovers new thrills and discoveries. The underwater tunnel, kids' interactive exhibits, and the amazing SpaceX capsule create an unforgettable experience. It’s a fantastic place for both children and adults! And the best part – free admission! If you haven’t visited yet, it’s definitely worth going!

This outstanding museum features extensive exhibits on space, the ocean, science, and land, among others. Upon arrival, you'll see two jet aircraft displayed above the escalators. Restrooms are conveniently located near the entrance, along with a gift shop on the left. Continuing past the escalators leads to the cafeteria that provides various food and beverage choices. The second floor mainly hosts exhibits focused on space, the ocean, land, local history, and nature. The third floor features an IMAX theater, which requires a separate admission fee. This is a remarkable free museum in Los Angeles, perfect for families and children. Parking is about $20 per vehicle.
