The King’s Gallery has a decent layout across several rooms, providing insightful information about the artworks both through signage and complimentary audio guides. However, the exhibition in the three galleries can be explored in about 25-30 minutes, which may not offer the best value for the ticket price. I didn’t realize there isn't a permanent collection—what you see is the whole exhibition for the day. We attended the Italian Renaissance showcase, featuring drawings by prominent artists such as DaVinci, Raphael, and Michelangelo, focusing on themes like nature and the divine. While interesting, it was smaller than I had hoped. On the facility side: You'll have to go through an x-ray machine at the entrance. The gift shop has a wide variety of royal-themed goods. Clean restrooms and a cloakroom are available once you pass security, along with some seating in the exhibition rooms.

The gallery is stunning! We visited the Italian Renaissance exhibition showcasing pieces by legendary artists like Leonardo da Vinci. There's also an opportunity for visitors to try their own drawing 😊 The staff were exceptionally friendly, and if you bring a printed ticket, you can have it stamped for free entry for a whole year!

A magnificent gallery! The Italian Renaissance art exhibition was breathtaking. They provide free audio guides and a cloakroom at no cost. Plus, if you get your ticket stamped, it can serve as an annual pass. An excellent place to visit!

This gallery is outstanding, with changing exhibitions that keep it fresh. I highly recommend visiting. Some reviews may not refer to this specific gallery; I faced some issues with the website and was unable to purchase tickets online, but it wasn’t a major concern once I arrived. The entry fee is quite reasonable, attracting art enthusiasts who are genuinely interested in the exhibitions.

This gallery provides as close an experience as you can get to accessing Buckingham Palace. It's beautifully designed and has a wonderful gift shop. We took a tour of the Palace and visited the State Rooms, which must be booked in advance. A unique day out—don't forget to keep an eye out for the corgis!
