The London Eye is breathtaking at night, beautifully illuminating the River Thames. Its vibrant lights shimmer on the water, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Nestled amongst iconic sites like Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the surroundings are both vibrant and serene. The lit skyline enhances the beauty, making it an ideal location for pictures or a relaxed stroll by the river. Whether you admire it from afar or explore nearby attractions, visiting the London Eye at night is a must in London.

After many years of anticipation, I finally experienced the London Eye. The entry was seamless, and I quickly moved through the queue and security. The pod was clean and not overcrowded. The views were incredible, and the pod ascended faster than I thought it would, making the experience truly worthwhile.

An unforgettable experience. We were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day, which made our visit even more enjoyable. I suggest booking tickets in advance; I paid £27 online. The wait was about 40 minutes on a Friday at 12:15 pm. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the process smooth despite the crowds. The ride lasts about 30 minutes, providing plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and take stunning photos of the city's skyline. It was the perfect way to take in a 360-degree view of London with around 20 people in our pod. The wheel moves so slowly that we hardly noticed it. I highly recommend visiting this iconic attraction and enjoying the ride.
Definitely overpriced. Although cheaper when booked ahead, I find £30 still excessive. The ride lasts about 26 minutes. My queue time on a Tuesday evening was under 10 minutes. While I enjoyed it, I'm glad I got my ticket through a Merlin pass. This attraction should consider offering discounts based on weather. With advance booking and train tickets, it's tough to guarantee good weather. It's not just overcast skies; the rain on the pod can impair the view. Also, I recommend skipping the photos to avoid extra costs. Just visit on a day with nice weather. Plus, happy I had no kids yelling in my pod. 😂

The London Eye offers an incredible experience. From the top, you can gaze over all of London, thanks to its impressive height. If you're in the city, it's definitely an attraction you can't miss. To avoid disappointment, I recommend purchasing tickets online—they're often less expensive and might not be available at the ticket booth!
