Be cautious of a man offering to clean your shoes for free. I was misled and ended up being asked for 150k dong. I mentioned I'm from Singapore and have no money, which made him shout at me. Despite this encounter, I give a 5-star rating for the warm hospitality I received from a Vietnamese lady who charged me 400k dong for two t-shirts and two pairs of shorts. Also, the parking fee is only 5k VND, which is reasonable, though parking spots are limited.

This is a modern take on Ben Thanh Market, a paradise for sneaker enthusiasts. You can find a variety of Vietnam-made Nike, New Balance, and Onitsuka Tiger shoes. Not only shoes but also dresses, sunglasses, bags, and souvenirs are available here. Highly recommended!

I've visited Saigon Square several times to buy gifts for my family when going back home. This popular shopping mall in HCMC attracts numerous foreign visitors and has a bustling atmosphere with a wide selection of trendy clothing, shoes, and souvenirs. I appreciate being able to negotiate prices for better deals. However, it gets overcrowded on holidays and weekends, and the quality of some items can be questionable, so it's wise to be cautious before buying. Still, I continue to visit because of the variety of affordable items, ensuring my family will love their gifts.

I loved this shopping mall located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City! The Uniqlo store here is particularly spacious.

This place has some charming sellers but also some quite rude ones. Expect sellers to initially quote high prices; don't accept them right away. If you walk away, they might lower the price. However, be ready for some rude behavior from those who are unhappy when people don't buy. Keep your eyes peeled for pricing discrepancies and opt to negotiate with the kinder sellers. Just be prepared to face some seller harassment in Vietnamese.
