This museum is within easy walking distance from the central station. It is considered one of the most significant museums not only in Helsinki but throughout Finland. The artwork and exhibitions are definitely worth a visit, and on the top floor, there is a small café offering lovely views over the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to see some unusual cloud formations.

An amazing art museum located right in the heart of Helsinki. The exhibitions are organized in a manner that even those like me who know NOTHING about art can appreciate. Each section provides explanations, context, and a brief history of the art pieces. Absolutely fantastic.

Great venue. Stunning building in a central location. I appreciated the lockers for coats and bags. It was easy to navigate - the layout flowed well. It is reasonably priced. I’m so glad we visited.

Back again for the Gothic Modern exhibition, which was absolutely stunning. There are some real treasures on display with a thoughtfully curated collection. The crowds were on the larger side, but it was Saturday, so that was expected. The museum's permanent exhibition is always worth a revisit each time we go. The building itself offers an impressive space, and I believe you get excellent value for money here. You can spend literally hours enjoying it for the 22€ admission fee.

Well presented, featuring numerous beautiful paintings and artworks. The architecture of the building itself is also lovely. However, the ticket price is quite high, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to explore this art museum. It was also a bit crowded during my visit.
