An excellent venue for cinema lovers! Three distinct screening areas, each with its own unique charm. Full bar and restaurant facilities are available. You are allowed to bring your drinks into the cinema. Currently working on a glazed roof, but it's minimally intrusive (as of Aug 2024). There's also an outdoor area for exiting (not entering!) into Meeting House Square.

This venue is a true treasure for film enthusiasts in Dublin. A wonderful combination of indie and classic films, comfortable screening rooms, and a delightful cafe bar to relax in before or after. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It's definitely a place worth visiting 👌

What an amazing place. Dinner and a movie. You can feel that this place is run out of a passion for cinema as an art form, completely different from the out-of-town multiplex that aims to squeeze every penny out of whatever mediocre content is released by Disney or other large studios. It's dimly lit, the picture quality is outstanding, and the sound is crystal clear. There's no one tweeting live about the film. No children running around inside the cinema. After the film, you won't find a mess resembling a nacho and popcorn explosion. Dinner for two, plus tickets for 50 quid, and an additional tenner for two cans and popcorn. It’s the perfect spot for a date.

They sold tickets for a screening with allocated seating, but later decided they could make more money by moving to a larger theater at the last moment and making the seating non-allocated. It’s not ideal to be craning your neck in the second row in seats that you didn’t choose. Quite disappointing from the IFI.

A fantastic establishment. I have never been let down in my many visits here over the years. The cafe bar is excellent as well. The booking system is very straightforward, or you can simply purchase tickets at the box office. I've had the chance to see many films here that I wouldn't have seen otherwise.
