Incredible free museum featuring numerous artifacts across various sections. Definitely worth a visit! Notable highlights include many original manuscripts that have been beautifully preserved.

This place completely amazed me! I was only able to explore the first room (The Book of Arts) due to the stunning collection and the lighting which enhanced the beauty of the objects in real time. I spent 3 hours in that one room alone and left feeling overwhelmed with information (for comparison, I spent 3.5 hours at the National Gallery of Ireland). I would absolutely visit again to see the other areas!

A smaller but rich museum showcasing a variety of literary artifacts. Everything feels genuinely curated and, considering it's a private collection, there's a surprising amount to see. Admission is free (with a suggested donation) and it's a captivating way to spend some time. It's more suitable for adults and teenagers, as there isn't much for younger kids (though there are a few areas for them to draw and color).

It's a unique experience. There are very ancient books, some dating back 500 years! It’s a free museum, and don’t forget to donate if you appreciate it, as it’s definitely worth supporting. There's a beautiful circular garden with lush grass located behind Dublin Castle.

Fantastic free museum right in the city center. A must-visit in such a historical setting. Far superior experience compared to an expensive visit to the Book of Kells. There are numerous historical books from Asia, Arabia, and Ireland.
