We enjoyed 4 hours at this stunning venue filled with beautiful artworks. It truly caters to everyone. The third floor offers a panoramic view of the entire city. We opted for the audio guide but found only a few pieces described, though there are countless artworks to appreciate. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. A small café inside provides drinks and snacks. If you're in Budapest, this is a must-visit spot. It offers great value for the experience with something for everyone.

The gallery is expansive, requiring anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours to explore, based on your pace. The artwork is stunningly beautiful, and the architecture is steeped in culture. The rooftop provides a breathtaking view of the city, perfect for photos. If you are under 26, you can enjoy a 50% discount. I highly recommend it! They also frequently host special exhibitions.

A fantastic building with delightful views and a vast collection of Hungarian (and some international) art. Spend at least 2-3 hours here to immerse yourself in Hungarian modern and classical masterpieces, including paintings, sculptures, and religious carvings. Strongly recommended.

We visited the Biedermeier exhibition, which featured an excellent concept and storyline, accompanied by a skillful selection of paintings. In my opinion, it significantly surpassed the permanent exhibition. I highly urge visiting the temporary exhibitions first, as they are remarkably exceptional. If time and energy permit, save the permanent exhibition for last, as it also includes several impressive pieces. The museum staff were friendly and truly helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The dome view was the icing on the cake, though I suggest going on a clear day to fully appreciate it. (The first two pictures are from the permanent exhibition)

I adored the exhibition showcasing Hungarian art, which provides a glimpse into their national heritage. The roof offers breathtaking views, making the time spent here very worthwhile. You'll learn a great deal and encounter an exquisite mix of new exhibitions along with timeless staple pieces. It was peaceful and not overcrowded, as many visitors were outside enjoying the nearby tourist attractions.
