I was pleasantly surprised by this tourist activity. The boat ride offered a unique view of the city, gliding under arched bridges and enjoying the refreshing breeze. The boat operator provided minimal information, but I had researched beforehand and enjoyed soaking in the sights along the canals instead.

Although the wait was longer than expected—around 30 minutes—it was definitely worth it. I was fortunate to visit on a beautiful sunny day! Highly recommend this experience!

This was a fantastic way to explore more of Bruges in a short time. Sitting at the back of the boat, I couldn’t hear the commentary very well, which was unfortunate, but the ride itself was delightful. The tour lasted around 30-40 minutes.

I would recommend the boat tour in Bruges; it is a must-do when visiting the canals. However, the guide didn’t provide much contextual information and only pointed out landmarks. Although he was friendly, the experience lacked substance compared to other tours. The boat and route were enjoyable, but I advise against going in cold weather.

We waited only about 10 minutes for the trip, which matched our expectations perfectly. We even spotted baby pigeons in their nest! The captain was polite and offered a decent commentary in three languages.
