A must-visit street when in Berlin! I highly recommend exploring it during the day, but it’s equally stunning in the evening after dark. The wide street is lined with many remarkable buildings, leading all the way to the Brandenburg Gate.
This is the main avenue of Berlin where most of the city's famous landmarks are located, including Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Cathedral, Alexanderplatz, and the Berlin TV Tower. I walked from Brandenburg Gate to Alexanderplatz; the experience was amazing! The route is quite long (about 2.5km), but you can take bus number 100 instead for a convenient ride.
This street is truly elegant and serves as the vibrant heart of Berlin. It houses many embassies, museums, palaces, and important governmental buildings.
One of the most picturesque streets in Berlin! Along the way, there are numerous shopping opportunities, and it’s special as it leads directly to the Brandenburg Gate, the city's most significant symbol, positioned near the remnants of the Berlin Wall.
A great location for a walk, featuring impressive historical sites on both sides!
