As a Canadian, I visited the immunization clinic during my trip to Southeast Asia for vaccines. The clinic is well-organized and cheaper than others I found in Bangkok, with fast service. Make sure to bring cash. After my vaccination, I enjoyed a meal at the small restaurant past the "snake farm" gate, which had delicious food at great prices.

The service here is remarkable and professional. They offer the latest vaccines and the staff is very polite and speaks multiple languages. The place is hygienic and safe, and the caregivers are very compassionate.

I got a vaccine at this clinic, where I was provided excellent service and reasonable pricing—other clinics quoted me much higher for the same vaccine. Remember to bring your passport; the vaccination area is located at the back of the hospital, accessible through a courtyard.

We received our first HPV vaccine here. They accept walk-ins and the location is very clean with a fast-moving queue. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

I found the nursing staff to be inadequately trained. One nurse failed to change her gloves or sanitize her hands in the rabies room. Another nurse sanitized her hands but performed the intradermal rabies injection incorrectly; there were no blebs present, which should have been noted per WHO guidelines. Additionally, she shook the vaccine bottle while preparing the injection, an action that is not allowed. Overall, the clinic's hygiene practices are questionable. They handle both new and used syringes improperly, raising concerns about potential hepatitis C transmission. After receiving incorrect injections, I had to pay for an expensive rabies antibody test, costing 5,000 baht. I left Thailand three weeks ago and have yet to receive results or successfully contact them for clarification. Though I ultimately received my results nearly three weeks later, the delay was distressing, as I was unsure if my antibody levels were sufficient to avoid missing any necessary booster shots. Their irresponsibility in handling this situation is concerning.
