As an experienced Balenciaga customer, I must say this store is the worst I've encountered. I've visited Balenciaga stores around the world and would never return here. The staff lacks knowledge about customer service. The refund and return policy instructions were unclear, and they seemed to change the rules as they went along. Please don't waste your money here. It was truly unfortunate to have stepped into this store.
